According to the Jamahiriya News Agency, the Basic Peoples

the domestic and external public policies of Great Jamahiriya, for
the coming year, 2006.
With overwhelming participation, and serious and responsible
discussions, underlining the commitment of the Libyan people to
their authority and exercise of their direct peoples democracy, in
the basic peoples congresses, where all Libyan adults, both gender,
ruling themselves by themselves, without representation, exclusion
or marginalization, the basic people's congresses , totaling 468
