THE AThe Supreme Court of Tripoli pronounced its verdict; 28th December 2005; 12:28. In its audience of last 25 December, the Supreme Court in Tripoli ruled on the recourse of the defendant part in the criminal act of infection of the AIDS virus to the young Libyan children in Al Atfal Hospital of Benghazi. Seizing the files, the Libyan High Court of Justice validated the whole of the deposit of the recourse of the civil parts, of the defendants in opposition of the first judgment which condemned them to perpetuity, and that of the general parquet floor. Therefore, the High Court ordered that the concerned folder shall newly be translated in Benghazi before the Penal Court for a new lawsuit of the defendants including four Bulgarian nurses and a Palestinian doctor The editorial staff.
