THE MASS DECISIONS AS FOR THE CHOICE OF THEIR EXECUTIVES; 18th March 2006; 13:00 The General People’s Committee of the Great Socialist People’s Libyan Arab Jamahiriya proceeded as stipulates in its article 52 of the law No 1/1369 of the congresses and people’s committees for the designation of its executives, to the new selection of the secretariat of the general people’s committee, of the governor of the Libyan central bank and of its assistant, the general inspectors, the secretary of the popular committee of the executive apparatus for the management of the railroads project. Thus Mr. Nouri Haouil Hamidi took the head of the secretariat of the People’s Committee of the Culture and Information; Dr. Mohamed Abouajila Rached, the secretariat of the general People’s Committee of Health and the Environment; Engineer Said Mohammed Rached, the secretariat of the People’s Committee of the popular committee of the executive apparatus for the management of the railroads project. As for Engineer Moustafa Mohammed Al Ahrach, it takes the head of the general Inspection of Agriculture; Ahmed Saghir, the general Inspection of Justice; Engineer Chaabane Othman El Tarbane recovers the wallet of the general Inspection of Industry, Electricity and the Mines; Engineer Mohamed Fadal, the general Inspection of the Animal and Hydraulic Richness; and Engineer Ali Youssef Zakri takes the orders of the secretariat-general of telecommunications and of Transport and finally Mohamed Aboul Salam El Chakri becomes assistant Governor of the Central Bank of Libya.
