Five days State Visit, the Leader of Libyan revolution arrived
to Paris yesterday in the afternoon when he was received with
honor in Elysee by the President of the French Republic, Nicolas
Sarkozy. This visit has degenerated lot of passions within the
rows of the French opposition and even among the allies of
Nicolas Sarkozy.
It has been practically thirty years that the Leader of the
Revolution had not put his foot on the French ground. France
which forms part of the countries Western imperialists which
plundered Africa a long time was not registered more in
right-hand side line of the visitable countries by the Leader of
the Revolution who high and strongly protested the freedom of
the people to be only expressed on foreign intrusion. Well
before Paris, the Leader declared in Lisbon, the good
co-operation which can bind Africa to Western Europe is this
which occurs starting from the acknowledgment of the historical
damage that Europe inflicted to the black continent; as long as
justice will not be repaired, it is necessary that Europe
continues to expect worst, tackling rightly the question of
immigration.
Terrorism such as the Westerners claim it, is only the right
expression of weak people. A truth that the Western Gaullists do
not like to hear.

PARIS - new agencies, France could sell between 10 and 14
"Rafale" combat aircraft to Libya during a state visit to Paris
by the Leader of the Revolutions, La Tribune newspaper reported
on Wednesday.
Dassault Aviation, which builds the Rafale, declined to comment
on the report. The office of French President Nicolas Sarkozy
also declined to comment.
The Leader is due to visit France for five days from Dec. 10, La
Tribune said. It will be his first visit in more than 30 years.
The newspaper said Libya was seeking the Rafale for its special
forces and was also seeking to buy between eight and 12 "Tiger"
helicopters, made by EADS-subsidiary Eurocopter, and two naval
patrol boats.
The visit should also formalize the sale of Airbus A350 XWB and
other aircraft to two Libyan airlines, it said.
Sarkozy signed defense and nuclear energy accords during a visit
to Libya in July that followed Libya's release of foreign medics
jailed for eight years for allegedly infecting children with
HIV.
