RCM [29/12/2007] Arche de Zoé: according to the official report of the Chadian lawyer Kanonne PAMBRO, the civil parties were kept away.

According to Gilbert Leonard one of our networking member, on requisition of the president of FORELLI (Foundation for the Respect of the Laws and Freedoms) in the person of deputy Yorongar, the official report of lawyer Kanonne proves that in this case "Arch of Zoë" the civil parties have been kept away.

He shows how the Chadian population is far away from the right to know the lower parts of this scandalous case which splashes the highest Chadian authorities as well as its French Official Authorities at the military and political level. And those which show the Chadian population which want to place the lawsuit apart from the right and to be closed again in emotive considerations are taken in obvious offence of colonial refusal of right.

Who exploits the emotion when one hears in loop the tears of the families of the accused, whereas it is hidden the tears of the kidnapped children and their parents. Who places the lawsuit apart from the right when one forgets the declarations of president of the Arch of Zoë Eric Breteau affirming that he came to Chad to save "Chadian children BUT ALSO Sudanese children"?

Africans have got enough of these "humanitarian aids" exempted by doctors and nurses who use them as guinea-pigs for the production of pharmaceutical industries, as in Cameroon, in Nigeria, in Haiti, in Ivory Coast. They have suffered enough from the lies of white wire. Yes the patience of the Ancestors reached its limits in front of such an amount of cynicism repeated through the centuries. From now on their anger thunders and those which will be done accessory in non-judgment to these crimes recidivists must fear it.
