The Leader of the Revolution this afternoon last Wednesday met with the Secretary of the General People's Committee for Education and a number of its experts.

During this meeting, the leader of the leader of revolution stressed that oil wealth should be in the hands of the people just like authority which is in the hands of the people; and that the people must be entirely a civil society to end the main source of corruption represented in the administrative body, which negatively affected the society.
He emphasized on what he explained in his meeting with the General People's Committee for Higher Education, indicating that four thousand schools across the Great Jamahiriya are supposed to be complimentary handed over next year to 400 thousand teachers, who have been taught at the expense of the society, so that these schools become directly owned by people.

The Leader of the Revolution pointed out that the General People's Committee had been working to hand over these educational institutions in good conditions and it is necessary for the basic people's congresses to issue rules and regulations to define the new relation between students and teachers in these institutions in one hand; and between the guardians and these institutions in the other hand; and to specify the charge of educational services that it offers in the preparatory, primary, and secondary schools as well as in universities and high institutes.
