[05.01.2008] When Africa will understand, it would be too late....
                                                                                                                                    By Gilbert Rocheteau.

When I entitled in my foregoing editorial Africa between the traps of an imported democracy, some of our readers understood with lightness the acuity of my analysis, well, the history did not delay to give reason to what I considered, my intellectual wild imaginings. Africa hasn't been trapped by the imported democracy and by a civilization I will say africanly exterminatory which the occident is the defender and Africans, those who pay the price.

In Dakar University in Senegal on July 26, 2007, at the following day of the accession of Nicolas Sarkozy to the French supreme office, the man of the French revival launched the bottle to the sea in front of a floor of young African students coming to listen to him. The man, in his frank-speech announced the colonial time end and the reformulation of a new French policy in Africa.

From the contempt of all the African people... from his daring speech towards the appalling African leaders who obliterate the future of their fellow-citizens, to the systematic rejection of the inexistence, even of the incapacity of the African intellectuals to work the history of their continent or to republish it or halo it, Sarkozy raised a realistic and visionary outcry for the future of Africa. In this speech which had degenerated of sharp angers and disputes in the rows of the African intellectuals especially of the Diaspora and among some Heads of African State which speech content seemed to deeply touch them, Sarkozy sent the message to Africans, to the unconditional Africans who seemed to hold some inclinations on the withdrawal from the France-politic, economic, military in Africa.

However, It was not question... the bottle to the sea of Sarkozy was to move from Dakar seaport, to feed all the West Africa in order to core the plot against the rest of Africa, especially that of central Africa where the full-up continental resources is concentrated. For the reason that if the same speech, it had been made in central Africa region it could have betrayed the French secrecy in Africa. The AOF (French Western Africa) could not be dissociated from the AEF (French Equatorial Africa), which would mean the death of France in the world.

From sequence to sequences, Europe behind which France is hiding steps forward to slow down the hegemony of Africa. Before Dakar, while in Accra on July 2, 2007 African Heads of State were mobilized to find an exit for Africa, Europe moves from its rut. The decisive day, where the African leaders were coming on the conclusion about the state of unifying Africa... Europe projected its cameras in direction of the International Hayes court where the former president Charles Taylor was led to be judged whereas no audience was predisposed. As for saying to Africans, hey... what are you making there in Accra... you would be as soon here in the place of Charles... that is not worth the sorrow as you muddle yourselves over there.

From sequence to counterpart, Europe does not hide its fear. The water drop which makes overflow the vase was the first China-Africa Summit. More than 40 African countries represented, 24 Heads of State attended in China the first China-Africa Summit opened Saturday November 4, 2006 in the Chinese capital marking a revolution in the diplomatic and economic relations of Africa. This shift of Africa towards China painfully hit the West. Europe i.e. France starts preparing the suicide of Africa. But it is necessary to use the name of Europe.

27 European union countries and all the African countries met in Lisbon from December 8-9, 2007 for a meeting known as impartial ending up with a great failure for Europeans; proof of an obviousness that these African starts to be daring. What does not put down indifferent the European and American strategic studies Centre to cooperate for a Western counter-offensive in Africa.

Before Lisbon, while in Tripoli from 27 to November 28, 2007, Chadian and Sudanese belligerents were finding with the UNO a peaceful solution in Darfur, in Europe the TV cameras were directed on the opponents of the Chadian and Sudanese regimes for which, the head of their leaders should be slaughtered. The world watched with opened eyes how Europe and the USA unroll the red carpet in their capital (Washington-London) for these Sudanese rebels who are committing unexplainable dramas in Darfur and how they produce them support, at least on the visible level of the mass media communication.

A few weeks afterwards, it is the case of Arche de Zoe which scandalizes the world chronicle. The ridiculous of France is revealed to the world and Sarkozy does not miss up his message of Dakar. No matter what it occurs, never French people were wrong... it is a saving mission and Europeans must return home... And they all are turned over on their premises.

Then Goma in Democratic Republic Congo on January 26, 2008 where Kabila is constrained against his will to sign an agreement with the rebels of the Kivu East to avoid the worst. Then Kenya where Europe shows us clearly that it does not have anything to do with the African blood and that Africans can cook themselves as they want because the instability of Africa is the prosperity of their world.

And in Addis-Ababa, while the Heads of State are again in front of their destiny where they take a decision for the break with the colonization, Europe releases the missile. Flashover in Chad! All the Western media and televisions are directed towards N'djamena. It is the shame of Africa which is exposed in Chad, the French France in Africa. What could I say to my fellow brothers, sisters and friends of Chad? My eternal song, my continuous creed... African must understand it must understand that its destiny is inside and not outside. And always deferring, it will end up understanding when it would be too late.

A decisive summit which was taken place in Ethiopia, from February1-2, completed on with an insipid taste, where even the African leaders eager to move ahead against all forces were weakened in front of the N'djamena attack and the flashover of Kenya. The liberated Africa??? Africa which must find its marks!!!! Africa simply trapped.

We were already dreaming after the war end in Liberia and Sierra Leone, that a glimmer of hope was acquired in Africa. We are not any more certain for this true and the incommensurable efforts of the leader Muammar Al Qathafi are on the way to become null because Africa is weeping every day... every week. As for saying, nothing can be done without the West.

The United States of Africa is the unique alternative to put a historical end at this shame of Africa, with this macabre misery which characterizes us, we the Africans.
