RECOMMANDATIONS
Joined together for the first time in Tripoli from 10-11
May 2006 within the framework of the first meeting of the
member-residents of the RCM French-speaking Africa countries
under the slogan “Reinforcement of the role of the RCM in
Africa”
We, the RCM members from the francophone African countries,
have drawn out the following conclusions:
(1) We reaffirm our commitment and our attachment to the
principles and the objectives of the RCM which are at our
time, the essential tools for our revolutionary group and
for our actions in/out of the frontiers of the Great Libyan
Arab Jamahiriya.
(2) This first meeting offers a creation within the
worldwide Revolutionary Committees Movement, of the
Revolutionary Committees movement of African francophone
which will ensure the bond between the Headquarters and the
movement of the revolutionary committee movement of the
African francophone countries.
(3) We incite the headquarters of the RCM to support our
actions through the projects of development of the
French-speaking countries to release our people from the
obstacles of colonization and to drive out our territories
from the enemies of the African people.
(4) The RCM members of the French-speaking Africa are
convinced that the reading made by the International Leader
of the Revolution, the comrade Moammar Al Qathafi in the
Green Book, is the only and the unique alternative for our
people of Africa, to come from the current social, political
and economic stagnation.
(5) We beseech the RCM to supported more than ever the
leader Moammar Al Qathafi in his efforts aiming at making
the African continent, the United States of Africa; the RCM
would have in this task, to associate the students, the
researchers from all parts, the religious, the scientists,
the tradesmen and the small size workers, in the multiple
enterprises (of democratization and development) which he is
carrying out throughout Africa.
(6) We solicit on behalf of the RCM Headquarters, a
continuous material, moral and financial support, to put it
at the disposal of the RCM French-speaking Africa with an
aim of supporting its activities.
Mathaba
