The Third Universal Theory is a theory replacing the two Known theories: Capitalists Theory and Marxism Theory. And it aims for the change of the relations of both political and economic relations in their radical change, and the building of the Society according to accurate natural rules. This, could be practically se cured through the rise of the People’s Power, Natural Socialism, demolishing of monopolization, and the harmony between the Social Factor (National) with the Religious Factor, Till the securing of the Collective Stability of people’s and life grows up and becomes powerful purely grown up.

People’s Authority:
The Power of the people rises, when the people become the ruling means; and this could be secured through the holding of popular Conferences and popular Committees.

The Popular conferences cover all people individuals and they enable the People to pass the Resolutions that constitute the General Policies of the Duties of the Popular Committees and having them account for their actions; The Popular Conferences may look essential (All the people’s individuals are members therein), specific, or Productive wherein resolutions relevant to certain profession or foundation of production, are being passed therein.

Popular Committees are comprised of a limited number of the members that are named by the Popular Conferences, to execute a certain duty delegated to them by the Conference such as The Popular Economic Committee, Popular Planning Committee, Popular Public Services Committee and others.

Natural Socialism is the new socialism that is called for by the Third Universal Theory; and is secured, when the Society’s Wealth is owned by the people: So as to enable the Society individuals (people) of fulfilling all of their materialistic and moral needs; and when the laborers become participant producers and not laborers. And when the materialistic production is steered to fulfill and secure the materialistic needs and requirements of a human; also when the salaries and wages system disappears along with the profit and monetary systems (As a final step) and the disappearance of the domestic services; and when the production and distribution movement are achieved through a method enabling a human to work for himself in his own private property, or to work for a social foundation wherein he is a partner in its production, or through rendering a Public Services for the Society for which this latter secures all his material requirements and needs…

Society’s wealth is comprises of the soil, land all means including materialistic means required for production except for human beings; the ownership thereof is for people and wherein each individual shares its ownership proportional to other shares therein; he is entitled to avail of them utilizing them for production of what fulfills his needs and requirements on the material field without exploiting others for or free from any wages or salaries…

Essential Requirements are the materialistic means that are consumable and the loss thereof will have a human fall under the mercy and control of other and their exploitation; these needs cover the human’s lodging, vehicles and salary…

Producers are the laborers that are transferred to production partners after the cancellation of the salaries and wages and the application of the sharing in produced matters…
Daily Paid Workers are those workers relinquishing their production to their employers against wages equivalent to their right in the Production …
